Shipping policy

Shipping

At the moment we are launching and selling goods within New Zealand only. 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping generally will arrive within 5 working days but please allow 7-10 in case of shipping delays. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please note that any delays with the shipping are out of our control. We aim to minimise these as much as possible but on rare occasions there may be delays.

We offer flat rate shipping:

Auckland	$8
North Island	$10
South Island	$10
Rural	$20

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Please read our policy regarding returns and exchanges carefully before making your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return under the applicable conditions stated.
