Building a strong foundation includes using our time wisely. Thanks to the Public Library I have only discovered how awesome eBooks are and they are free! A great addition to my phone so I can pick it up and read wherever I go.

Get a hold of the eBooks and invest your time in building knowledge and wisdom through some great books written by believers from around the world. Here are some of my favourites' from 2026 so far using the Libby App through the Auckland City Library.

	Obviously invest and develop a reading plan or routine of reading the Bible. This is a staple for all believers. Pray before you begin, reflect, ponder, question, take notes and start a conversation with God on what you are reading. God can reveal so much when you let him lead your bible reading plan. On your own, with your spouse or in a small group, start today. Holy Bible App is great to have on your phone and is free. Includes all the different versions and great reading plans as well.
	The Kingdom Empowered Entrepreneur by Matthew Bell To be obedient to God's calling is one thing, but where to start as an entrepreneur is another but I know God led me to this book and with its biblical references and principles, it has helped shape and form the Business and Mission Plan of 7TWENTYFOUR. A great read and support for anyone who is called by God to surrender into entrepreneurship. It comes with sections that includes prayers and exercises to activate your faith.
	Faith Forward Future by Chad Veach Disappointments, delays and destructive thinking are not of Gods plan, but if you trust Him and know Him, you will know he has a plan for you. Chad Veach reminds us of how great our God is and that with Him, His plans are more than what we can even imagine. Total surrender, total obedience to His plan.
	Simple Money, Rich Life by Bob Lotich Reading this together with my husband was a great way to start our summer of 2026. A prayer that is constantly in our minds, Lord please help us with our finance and how can we be better stewards of your talents? Show us. Simple Money, Rich Life talks about covering financial freedom in 4 areas. There's no quick rich scheme here. Just basic biblical fundamentals and principles that brings it back to Him. Bob Lotich and his wife, Linda also have a podcast series called SeedTime - these are of great resources and support as well.
	Discerning the Voice of God by Priscilla Shirer Discerning and hearing God's voice became something I hungered for especially in 2026. How exactly will I know it's Him and not my own thoughts? How can I discern? Through this book, I was able to hear something that God clearly was saying to me about one particular pathway of further studies. Discover how Discerning the Voice of God can help support clarity for your own next steps and strengthen your daily walk with Him.
	40 Days of Purpose: The Purpose Driven Life Bible Study A book I stumbled upon at home at the age of 18, a book that my mum had lying around at home and was gifted to her by a relative many years before. How timely that God would want me to pick this book up, fresh out of high school, right when I was trying to decide my next move or what Gods calling was over my life. Recently I have gone back to re-read this in the Libby app, and its just as relevant as it is today to me than it was back then, Understanding Gods purpose for me life 20 odd years later is just vital for me to hear again with this current season with 7TWENTYFOUR.
